Our daily workouts come in 2 levels- low impact and high impact. The low impact option is for women who struggle with knee pain during certain exercises such as plyometrics and lunges. High impact workouts are for those who want the absolute best results in the shortest amount of time. Our Facebook community group will be the source of weekly lifestyle challenges and giveaways.
