I was always one who would spend 1-2 hours in the gym after work each day...until I became a mother. Motherhood changed everything for me and I suddenly found myself unable to find time to live the healthy lifestyle I was used to. Armed with 2 dumbbells and 1 stepper, I got creative in my garage during my son's nap time. I quickly discovered HIIT (high intensity interval training) and was shocked by how quickly my body was transforming and loved how many calories I could burn in 30 minutes. 4 months later, I reached my pre-pregnancy weight and was in the best shape of my life! I knew I had discovered something big and felt the need to help other moms with limited time.
Over the past 2 years, we have helped over 500 women learn how to exercise more efficiently, track macros, and reach fitness goals. Our quick 30 minute workouts can easily fit into busy schedules. Learning about your calorie goal and protein requirements takes the guess work out of dieting and weight loss. We also challenge our clients with weekly lifestyle goals to help with organization, motivation, and positivity.
I met Meghan at the end of 2017 and she has been such a blessing to Fit by HIIT. Together, we strive to motivate and simplify for the busy mom so she can reach goals she never thought she could. Our priority is to help! Live videos, Q & A's, live workouts, and a constant outpouring of advice and information is all for your benefit!
